Diversification Rates (Moore)

The material below was posted in association with lectures given by Brian Moore to the 2008 Bodega Bay Applied Phylogenetics Workshop

There will be a 1.5 hour lecture describing various inference problems (and corresponding methods) associated with differential diversification rates. We will then work through an empirical data set to evaluate various aspects of diversification.
