Describe Phylogenomics (Eisen) here.

Phylogenomics (to some) is the integration of evolutionary reconstructions and genome analysis. To others it is the use of genome-scale data to infer phylogenetic trees

I tend to use the first definition more. Some papers on this aspect of phylogenomics are linked here
